Spa reservations

It is highly recommended that you reserve your treatments in

advance to secure a time that best suits your schedule.

 

Cancellation policy

We request that you cancel your reservation at least four hours

prior to your appointment time. If the cancellation is made less than

four hours prior to the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will

be applied. For no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

 

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Arriving late for your spa services will result in a decrease

in your treatment time.

 

Valuables

The management accepts no responsibilities for the loss of money

or valuables of any kind brought onto the hotel premises.

 

Service Charge And Taxes

A 10% service charge and 7% VAT will be added to your bill.
