If you get introduction before from our trainer, we arrange Fitness Assessment appointment to determine your fitness level and to coach you for a safer training with higher quality. We gather all sorts of data on details such as your exercise history, if exists injury/traumatization history, current fitness level, posture and performance. We prepare your training program in line with this data. You learn the general safety procedures and basic exercises you will be performing during the training.
