Facilities: 
We invite you to enjoy complimentary access to the spa facilities if your treatments are over 60 minutes for 2 hours before or after your treatment. This includes access to our Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna rooms. You will also have complimentary valet parking for 4 hours. Please ensure you enter via front of the hotel, and obtain a spa ticket from our Bell Desk Team. 

Cancellations & Reconfirmation: 
A courtesy email will be sent out two days prior to remind you of your upcoming booking. Please kindly note we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do need to cancel or change the appointment, please ensure you do so with plenty of notice. Cancellation fees are 100% of the total treatment price if cancelled within this period.

Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers must be presented to Park Club Health & Day Spa reception upon payment of appointment. Vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be exchanged for cash. Therefore, lost, stolen, defaced or forgotten vouchers will not be redeemed.

Public Holidays:
A 15% surcharge is added to weekend treatment prices on all Public Holidays throughout the year no matter what day they fall.
