The stamps are made from cloths which are filled with medicinal herbs, grated coconut and limes to form the stamp. Mild local herbs such as lemon balm, lavender and marigold can be used. It is particularly helpful for rheumatic complaints, muscle pain, exhaustion, stress, sleep disorders and cellulite.
