Welcome to the website of Hotel Bayerischer Hof. 3.2 Due to statutory regulations, we may be obliged to pass on your personal data to law enforcement agencies or courts for the purposes of law enforcement. This ensures the prompt detection of any misuse and the investigation or even prevention of any harm to other users.

3.3 Beyond this, we will not pass on your personal data to third parties without having informed you in advance or, insofar as necessary, without having obtained your permission.
