Description
Aerodance is a harmonious development of aerobics.
It is aerobics training with dance choreography and an emphasis
on endurance training.
Classes begin with warm-up exercises. In the endurance part,
basic aerobic steps are choreographed in combination with arm
movements from street dance, hip hop, modern dance, jazz, ragga,
Latin or current hits.
