This lovely class combines yin yoga and fascia ball therapy to provide comprehensive relaxation for both body and mind. We enjoy the massage provided by the fascia balls and sometimes simply rest in gentle yin yoga poses. The class is very gentle in nature and completely free from performance pressure.
