Forest yoga is a performance-free yoga practice that increases connection with nature and body awareness. During the hour, you get to sink into your own forest cover and let go of everyday life. According to research, just spending twenty minutes in the forest lowers blood pressure and calms the heart rate. During the class, easy yoga exercises are done in a fresh forest landscape.

Let's go to the lesson together at the Kuru Resort reception. In bad weather, yoga is done in the Kuru yoga hall
