Warm yoga
9 OptionsJärvisydän’s Warm Yoga takes place on the tropical yoga loft of the Lake Spa, where in a temperature of around 32°C we develop both strength and flexibility — without forgetting peace of mind.
The calm pace helps you create your own little bubble, and after the class you’ll feel euphorically relaxed.
The session adapts to suit everyone, as the instructor provides options for different levels.
NOTE! The yoga class is held at the spa!
When is warm yoga not recommended?
If you have a heart or cardiovascular disease, or if you cannot tolerate heat or saunas.
In some cases, diabetes may be a contraindication — please ask your doctor for advice.

The ambiance of this hour-long, slow tempo meditative yoga session conjures a state of deep muscle relaxation and promotes a peaceful state of mind. Using holistic relaxation techniques, we engage the parasympathetic nervous system to aid in the body's recovery after exercise. This session ends in a deeply relaxing moment of meditation. The yoga session is suitable for all.

This class combines gentle movement that eases any tensions in the body and a sound bath that is an experience where you can enjoy the nurturing sounds of Tibetan bowls.

Gentle Body Care
2 OptionsA gentle body care class where the body and mind can relax. The class helps to improve mobility, recover from exertion and calm down in the midst of everyday life. During the class, various mobility exercises are performed, as well as dynamic and static stretches. At the end of the class, a final relaxation is done.

Yin Yoga & Ball Massage
2 OptionsThis lovely class combines yin yoga and fascia ball therapy to provide comprehensive relaxation for both body and mind. We enjoy the massage provided by the fascia balls and sometimes simply rest in gentle yin yoga poses. The class is very gentle in nature and completely free from performance pressure. 2,5h Relaxing class
This wonderfully long combination of yin yoga, ball massage and a sound bath relaxes both body and mind. We enjoy the atmosphere of the season, linger in the massage provided by the fascia balls and sometimes just rest in gentle yin yoga poses. At the end of the class, we enjoy the sweet sounds of singing bowls, gongs and koshi bells. At the end of the class, there is plenty of time for a slow awakening when all the hustle and bustle is left behind. This class is conducted in Finnish.€ 35,00 -
Air Yin Yoga
6 OptionsAir Yin Yoga is a yin yoga practice done with low hammocks, about knee height. The gentle support of the hammock and the slight swaying movement guide the body and mind into a state of sweet relaxation, on the body’s own terms. Compared to traditional yin yoga, air yin yoga allows for small movement alongside stillness, which effectively soothes an overactive nervous system.
