This wonderfully long combination of yin yoga, ball massage and a sound bath relaxes both body and mind. We enjoy the atmosphere of the season, linger in the massage provided by the fascia balls and sometimes just rest in gentle yin yoga poses. At the end of the class, we enjoy the sweet sounds of singing bowls, gongs and koshi bells. At the end of the class, there is plenty of time for a slow awakening when all the hustle and bustle is left behind. This class is conducted in Finnish.
