Public Bath Rules
Purpose
To maintain a safe, secure, and hygienic environment for all guests while ensuring smooth operations. By entering the facility, you agree to follow these guidelines. These rules are binding for all visitors, and staff members have the authority to enforce them. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
Operating Hours & Access
- Current pricing and operating hours are displayed at the facility and on our website.
- Guests must vacate the baths by closing time.
- Guests who leave before the end of a session and wish to return must purchase a new admission ticket, subject to availability.
- Entry is restricted to guests aged 18 and older.
- Guests must behave respectfully and avoid disturbing others.
- Any late arrival of more than 15 minutes will cancel your reservation, with no possibility of a refund.
Guest Attire
- Appropriate swimwear is required for hygiene reasons.
- Men must wear swim trunks or swimsuits.
- Women must wear bikinis, swimsuits, or burkinis.
- Washing or wringing out swimwear in the baths is not permitted.
- Borrowed items, such as towels or wristbands, must be returned. Charges apply for unreturned items.
Use of Recording Devices
- To protect guest privacy and comfort, cameras, mobile phones, audio recording devices, and other electronic equipment are strictly prohibited within the baths.
- Commercial photography and filming require prior approval from management.
Facility Conduct & Use
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility.
- Personal belongings must be stored in designated changing rooms with secure lockers.
- Guests should maintain a quiet, relaxing atmosphere by avoiding loud conversations or disruptive behaviour.
- Running, diving, jumping, or throwing objects into the pool is prohibited.
- Grooming activities such as shaving, nail cutting, and brushing teeth are not permitted.
- Glass containers, including bottles, are not allowed.
- Large flotation devices, snorkels, fins, and underwater cameras are prohibited.
- Guests must treat the facility with care. Any damage or contamination must be reported immediately, and a cleaning fee may apply.
- Only cups provided by staff may be used within the baths.
Health & Safety
- Guests with open wounds, fever, contagious diseases, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to enter.
- Staff members may remove any guest who poses a risk to themselves or others.
- Individuals with medical conditions, including cardiovascular issues, arthritis, or pregnancy, should consult a doctor before using the baths.
- In the event of a thunderstorm, outdoor areas must be vacated immediately.
Lost & Found
- All lost property must be handed over to staff.
- Lost and found items will be managed according to legal provisions.
- Lockers left locked after closing hours will be opened by staff.
- Lost items will be stored for up to one year. Valuables such as identification documents, bank cards, or money will be transferred to the local police.
- Upon request, lost property may be shipped at the owner's expense. The facility is not responsible for the loss or non-delivery of shipped items.
Liability
- Guests use the facilities at their own risk.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
- The facility is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.
- The facility is not responsible for damage to personal belongings, including those stored in lockers.
Business Interruptions
- The facility reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas or temporarily close sections for maintenance or special events.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided for operational disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.
Exceptions
- These rules apply to general operations. Management may make exceptions for special events.
- These rules do not affect your statutory rights.
