Description

For Kids from 8 years on.
In this woodworking workshop, you will
construct and build anything from doll
houses to towers, board games, steerable
and illuminated cars. Or you can put your
own, entirely unique, ideas and
inventions into practice as you work
alongside other boys and girls. You
will handle saws, hammers, files, and
other woodworking tools. Once you’ve
earned your workshop “driver’s license,
” you can let your imagination run wild
and build whatever you like. From
well-lit bird houses to mobile mailboxes
and flying cars – you decide what you
want to take home with you from the
wood workshop. Alexandra Syrbe, a
Design and Visual Communications
technician and studio & workshop
teacher, has been very successful in
Germany and abroad for almost 10
years with her company “technics on the
move.” She has already inspired many
kids through a variety of workshop
formats (wood, UMT, lathing, stamping
and photo workshop, the “So-oder-So”
bookbindery, and others
