Tickets are only valid during opening hours (8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.). The after work ticket is valid from 7:00 p.m for 2 hours.
After this duration, the ticket price increases to the regular 3-hour admission rate.

Children are allowed from the age of 3 up to the age of 15. Children are only admitted when accompanied by an adult. Access to the Kosmos is also only possible when accompanied by an adult. Use of the textile sauna is permitted from the age of 12 and only when accompanied by an adult. The textile-free sauna is accessible from the age of 18.
