Club On The Park

Arrival
Please arrive at our CLUB ON THE PARK Reception Desk, located on
the 45th f loor of PARK HYATT TOKYO, 30 minutes pr ior to your
scheduled appointment to take full advantage of our facilities. Late arrivals
will be subject to a time reduction from the scheduled treatment.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change or cancel a treatment appointment, early notice
is required to al low us to reschedule your appointment, subject to
availability. Any cancellation less than 2 hours in advance of a treatment
will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of total services, while a cancellation
made 2 to 5 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge. Should you book
TIME ESCAPE or SUITE EXPERIENCE less than 24 hours’ notice, we
will incur a full charge.

Policies
Aesthetic treatments may be booked from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
The minimum age to experience treatments is 16 years.
In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers are
turned off. Alcohol and smoking are also not permitted. For guests with
tattoos, we kindly ask for your discretion when using the facilities. Please
note that displaying intimidating or lewd tattoos in any area of the Club is
especially inappropriate.
We encourage the use of your in-room safety deposit box or check valuables
in with reception on the 41st f loor.

Special Needs
Please advise upon booking of any al lergies, ailments or disabilities,
especially if you have high blood pressure or you are pregnant.

Clothing
We provide you with a robe and slippers and you are draped during your
treatment. Undergarments may be worn if preferred.
