Using holistic relaxation techniques, we engage the parasympathetic nervous system to aid in the body's recovery after exercise. This session ends in a deeply relaxing moment of meditation. As the name promises, Siesta is a class for pure relaxation and rest. This class combines gentle movement that eases any tensions in the body and a sound bath that is an experience where you can enjoy the nurturing sounds of Tibetan bowls. Class is held in Kuru Resort main building. When arriving from Järvisydän take ca. 15min for the walk and preparing for the class.
Kuru Aerial yoga
