This applies to all locations within the Europa-Park Resort – including Europa-Park, Rulantica Water World, Eatrenalin, the themed hotels and Silver Lake City – as well as the digital channels in the Mack International Ticket Shop, the Europa-Park & Rulantica app and on VEEJOY.

Please note that this includes both EMOTIONS gift cards with a PIN and those without a PIN.

We recommend having alternative payment methods to hand. Thank you for your help and understanding.
