You are about to request a permanent closure of your Wellness & SPA account and the deletion of your data stored there.

Once your account is closed, all services will no longer be available to you, including:

• Personal data such as name, address, contact details
• Access to Europa-Park Fitness and Spa account
• Access to Europa-Park Hotel Online Booking Login
• Access to Europa-Park Hotel App
• Access/Membership status Europa-Park Hotel Friends loyalty program
• Access to table reservations
• Receipt of Europa-Park Hotel newsletters
• Past hotel stays

You will no longer be able to make reservations through your account in the future. Your achieved membership status will expire and cannot be transferred. Account closure is final, and your data cannot be restored. If you later decide to book stays with us or use services that require an account, you will need to create a new account.
